People get more colds in the winter. Let’s try and beat the pattern this year!
There are some mandatory winter supplements; by using them you will likely not need to worry about getting sick.

- Fish Oil (Omega 3) will prevent dry skin along with other benefits, like protecting your heart, good vision, and brain function.
- Vitamins for energy, good looking hair, nails, skin.
- Probiotics to balance your intestinal flora.
For some of us over 40… it is highly recommended to add:
- Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D for strong bones, Magnesium adds a relaxing effect.
If you think you are a good flu candidate (weak immune system, sneezing and coughing family around you, or you live in a cold climate and went for a sunny vacation in the middle of the winter) take these preventive measures:
- Deep Immune is a tincture to support strong immune system. Produced by Canadian Company St. Francis.
- Vitamin C.
I am pretty sure you will not need the section below if you follow my advice.
However things happen…
If you find yourself getting sick it is VERY important to take two supplements listed below RIGHT AWAY even when you only think you are getting sick. Because usually you are right…
