I offer one-on-one nutritional consultations.  This is how the process goes:

• You describe your health concerns in a short questionnaire <here>

• We scheduler 15-30 minutes call to better understand your concerns, habits and goals

• Within a week we scheduler 60-90 minutes discussion (phone, Skype or in person) and I introduce you to your Personal Nutritional Program

• Bi-weekly follow-up support during 3 months
