Detox Diet Spring 2015 Is On!

Last month I was very busy preparing my the Detox Diet Spring 2015 event.

And this week is a Detox Diet Spring 2015 week!

I am so excited: I am doing it myself and also leading the group.

I have created a Facebook group where we share ideas, recipes and support each other! Most active member of the group will get a cool prize!

The whole detox experience is only 5 days; I found it easier when the weekend is not involved. During these 5 days we eat large variety of vegetables cooked in a few different ways as well as raw vegetables, grains and a fruit.

The day starts from 2 glasses of warm water with lemon juice from 1/2 lemon added to one of the glasses. After 15-30 minutes there is a fruit to follow. Within next hour there is a breakfast: cooked grains (quinoa, amaranth, millet, whole rice) with some butter/olive oil mix. For lunch and dinner there are veggies. We will drink a lot of liquids (herbal tea, water, vegetable broth) during these 5 days. We add some supplements as well.
