Ideal for breakfast, 30 mins after workout this protein-rich and nutrient-dense smoothie is a great way to ensure your daily dose of flaxseed, hempseed and  potassium



2 cups of unsweetened plain almond milk

1 scoop of protein powder

1-2 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate powder

1 mango peeled and cut

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp of flaxseeds

1 tbsp of hemp seeds


Serves – 2 large (300 ml)
